Welcome to Legacy Trampoline & Tumbling

 WHAT IS T&T?      T&T stands for Trampoline and Tumbling. It is a companion sport to gymnastics and is governed by USAG, (USA Gymnastics), the same organization that oversees competitive gymnastics in the United States.       There are four separate events in competitive T&T; trampoline, synchro-tramp, double-mini and tumbling. There is no all-around competition, so an athlete may compete at different levels on each event.
